The hirer is looking for an experienced Accounts & Admin Executive who can work part-time, for her education centre and personal business. Below are the requirements:
- Bachelor degree graduates or Diploma holders of Accounting courses with at least 3 years of related working experience are encouraged to apply.
- Able to perform book keeping, accounts reconciliation and closing of accounts.
- Experienced in operating computerised accounting system like Zoho or others.
- Knowledge in tax submission is highly preferred.
- Must handle some routine administrative work and also on ad-hoc basis.
- Hybrid job - allowed to work from home but willing to travel to Damansara occasionally to perform some tasks in person.
- Good communication skills and strong command of English.
- Hardworking, flexible, friendly and a fast learner is preferred.
- Able to commit long term / permanent part-time position, interest in becoming a full-time Personal Assistant will be considered.
