We are seeking committed and driven individuals to join our growing team as Sales Executives. This role offers flexibility, attractive commission-based income, and professional growth within the Takaful industry.

Full-time candidates may qualify for our Income Support Program, which offers a monthly basic income of RM3,000, RM5,000 or RM10,000 for 12 months, in addition to commissions and performance incentives (terms apply).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in identifying and selecting suitable Takaful (financial protection) plans.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients.
• Approach and engage prospects through social media, digital platforms, and face-to-face interactions.
• Participate in team trainings, sales briefings, and coaching sessions.
• Use your personal iPad for presentations, client management, and digital submissions.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen.
• Minimum education: Degree / Diploma (with 3 years working experience)
• Willing to sit for the Takaful Basic Examination (TBE) and Pre-Contract Examination (PCE).Exam preparation and guidance will be provided.
• Possess strong communication skills and a positive work attitude.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and open to learning.
• Must own an iPad for business operations.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Part-time applicants must be able to commit to scheduled meetings and trainings.
