About the Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our expanding corporate training and workforce development business in Singapore.
This role is heavily focused on outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting. The SDR will engage companies across various industries to introduce our corporate training and workforce development solutions, with the goal of securing qualified meetings for our Singapore-based business development team.
This is a remote/offshore opportunity with clear KPIs, performance incentives, and career growth opportunities for high performers.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Prospecting & Cold Calling
- Conduct daily outbound cold calls to prospective companies
- Introduce the company’s corporate training and workforce development solutions
- Identify and engage key decision-makers, including:
- HR Managers
- Learning & Development Managers
- Operations Managers
- Department Heads
- Business Owners
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects
Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting
- Qualify leads based on company size, business needs, interest level, and training requirements
- Schedule consultation meetings for the Singapore-based B2B sales team
- Coordinate and confirm appointments to ensure high attendance rates
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Update CRM systems with accurate call notes, lead statuses, and follow-up activities
- Maintain organised prospect databases and contact lists
- Track pipeline progress and follow-up schedules effectively
Market Research & Targeting
- Research industries and companies for outbound prospecting campaigns
- Identify workforce development challenges and potential training opportunities
- Support the sales team with relevant market insights and lead intelligence
KPI Tracking & Reporting
- Meet weekly and monthly outreach and appointment-setting KPIs
- Submit simple daily activity reports covering:
- Calls made
- Decision-makers reached
- Appointments secured
- Lead quality feedback
Requirements
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, SDR, or appointment-setting roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in cold calling and engaging senior decision-makers
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
- Fluent English communication skills required

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
