• Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items under the direction of the Head Chef.
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to the restaurant’s standards (Sop)and specifications.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.
• Work efficiently during busy periods to meet service requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all kitchen equipment is properly stored and maintained.
• Assist in the inventory and stock rotation of food products.
• Participate in daily briefings and communicate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Help with the mise en place (preparation) for service.
• Learn and develop new skills, recipes, and techniques in line with the restaurant’s menu.
• Take responsibility for any other tasks as directed by the kitchen leadership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
