Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Assistant cum Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and personal assistance to management. The candidate will handle office administration, scheduling, correspondence, documentation, and confidential matters efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and office operations
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Maintain filing systems and office records
- Assist in purchasing office supplies and inventory management
- Handle confidential documents and information professionally
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
- Provide personal assistance to management when required
- Organize events, meetings, and company activities
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Diploma Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Able to maintain confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in calendar management and travel coordination
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
