Job Responsibilities
1. Human Resource Support
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in job posting, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Coordinate new staff onboarding process, including document collection and orientation.
- Maintain and update staff personal files and HR databases.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance and overtime records from all sites/plants.
- Verify and update leave applications and medical certificates.
- Prepare monthly attendance summary for payroll processing.
Payroll & HR Documentation
- Assist in compiling payroll data such as attendance, allowance, deduction, and claims.
- Ensure all HR documents (confirmation letters, warning letters, memos, etc.) are properly issued and filed.
- Support HR Executive in preparing reports for management and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Staff Welfare & Compliance
- Coordinate uniform issuance, medical claim submissions, and company events.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Support in handling staff disciplinary matters or counseling documentation.
Office Administration
- Manage office supplies, stationery, utilities, and general maintenance.
- Handle courier, dispatch, and correspondence (letters, memos, notices).
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors for office-related matters.
Record Keeping & Filing
- Maintain organized filing system (both physical and digital) for HR and admin documents.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and company records.
Other Administrative Tasks
- Assist in arrangement of staff travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in HR or administrative role (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Basic knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and handle confidential matters professionally.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
Work Location: In person
