~ Perform regular inspection including HVAC system, plumbing, electrical system, elevators, fire alarms to avoid malfunctions and ensure comfort for guests

~ Replace faulty equipment, in room amenities, restaurant applicances

~ Outdoor maintenance such as ensuring outdoor lighting and walkways are functional

~ Respond promptly to guest request or complaints related to facilities such as leaks, or malfunctioning HVAC unit

~ Monitoring fire safety systems, electrical system and other specialized equipment

~ Work closely with other departments to priotize task, complete maintenance work orders

~ Addressing issues such as power outages, water leaks

~ Any ad hoc task required by management time to time

Pay: RM1,750.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
