VESTLAND BERHAD Hiring! Full Time SITE SAFETY SUPERVISOR in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

• Monitor and enforce all site safety, health, and environmental (HSE) requirements in compliance with company policies and Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) Malaysia Act & regulations.

• Conduct daily site inspections, identify hazards, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

• Supervise high-risk activities including working at height, scaffolding, formwork, and lifting operations (tower crane).

• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety systems (lifelines, guardrails, fall protection).

• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety induction, and ongoing safety training for workers and subcontractors.

• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend preventive measures.

• Maintain safety documentation (HIRARC, PTW, inspection records, reports).

• Liaise with project team, subcontractors, and authorities on safety matters.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field.

• Possess valid Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) / SHO certification.

• Registered SSO with Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) Malaysia (Yellow Book holder).

• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in construction high-rise project.

• Strong knowledge in working at height, scaffolding safety, and lifting operations.

• Good communication and enforcement skills.

• Able to work independently at site with minimum supervision.

Skills & Competencies

• Familiar with MYKKP system (DOSH reporting & compliance).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint).

• Good report writing and documentation skills.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
