Position Overview

We are expanding our digital service operations and looking for a committed, organized, and service-oriented individual to join our growing support team.

The selected candidate will assist in handling online customer coordination, platform-related enquiries, operational support, and day-to-day administrative follow-ups.

Candidates who are responsive, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast-moving online environment are encouraged to apply.

Main Job Scope

Manage customer communication through WhatsApp, email & online forms

Assist in customer follow-up and service coordination

Support daily platform processing and operational submissions

Handle administrative and online support duties professionally

Assist with online service requests and digital payment coordination

Candidate Requirements

-Malaysian citizen aged between 21 – 40

-Diploma / Degree qualification encouraged

-Prior office administration or customer support experience is an advantage

-Good communication and interpersonal skills

-Comfortable handling online enquiries on a daily basis

-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel

-Possess own transportation

-Responsible, proactive & able to work independently
