We are a tuition centre located at Bandar Botanic, Klang. We are currently looking for a Part-Time Centre Admin Executive who can work on certain weekday afternoons / nights and if possible, on Saturday. We are quite flexible and actual working hours can be subject to further discussion and mutual agreement. Please find below the requirements:
- Bachelor degree graduates or Diploma holders with some working experience are encouraged to apply.
- Experienced in administration work, good coordination & organisation skills, meticulous, responsible with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate computer applications like MS Office, Google Documents and some basic accounting system is an added advantage.
- Responsible to handle routine administrative work and also on ad-hoc basis.
- Good communication skills and strong command of English.
- Hardworking, flexible, friendly and a fast learner is preferred.

- Able to commit long term / permanent part-time position, interest in becoming a full-time Personal Assistant will be considered.
