Key Responsibilities:
Assist with sales operational tasks, including preparing internal documents, maintaining order records, and processing sales-related paperwork.
Manage data entry, update tracking sheets, and maintain accurate records for operational reporting.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., finance, warehouse, logistics) to ensure smooth flow of sales operations.
Prepare basic operational reports, summaries, and documentation logs as required.
Support scheduling of meetings and preparation of materials for the corporate sales operations team.
Maintain well-organized digital filing systems and ensure compliance with corporate procedures.
Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the manager to support operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Office Administration, Management, or related fields (fresh graduates encouraged).
Basic proficiency in Mandarin and English.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a corporate team environment.
