这个岗位不只是负责绩效表单收集或流程跟进,而是需要具备绩效体系设计、部门陪跑、管理层赋能、绩效指标优化与绩效数据分析能力。我们希望人选能够理解不同部门的业务逻辑,协助管理层设定清晰、可衡量、可归因、可追踪的绩效指标,并推动绩效管理机制真正落地。
主要职责:
- 设计与优化公司绩效管理框架,包括目标设定方式、考核周期、评分标准、评分逻辑、复盘流程与绩效模板。
- 协助尚未建立完整绩效体系的部门,从 0 开始搭建可落地的绩效管理机制。
- 诊断并优化已有绩效做法的部门,识别指标不清、流程断点、执行落差与改善机会。
- 与各部门管理者紧密合作,理解部门业务逻辑、团队结构、岗位职责与绩效期望。
- 协助管理者设定清晰、可衡量、可归因、可追踪的绩效指标,并根据部门情况选择合适的 KPI、OKR、MBO 或其他绩效方法。
- 提供完整绩效周期陪跑支持,包括目标设定、过程追踪、中期复盘、年终评估与绩效面谈。
- 设计并主导管理层绩效管理培训,内容包括绩效管理底层逻辑、目标拆解、KPI / OKR / MBO 应用、绩效反馈、SBI / GROW 模型与公平评估原则。
- 通过案例讨论、一对一辅导等方式,提升管理层绩效管理能力。
- 准确并保密地收集、整理与分析绩效数据。
- 输出绩效分析报告,识别评分趋势、部门差异、绩效问题与改善方向。
- 协助将绩效结果与调薪、晋升、培训规划、人才盘点及员工发展衔接。
- 建立持续改善机制,确保绩效问题能被识别、跟进、复盘并改善。
任职要求:
- 至少 3 年人力资源相关经验,其中至少 2 年聚焦绩效管理模块。
- 有绩效体系搭建或优化经验者优先。
- 熟悉 KPI、OKR、MBO、绩效评估、目标设定、评分标准与反馈方法。
- 能独立设计绩效模板、培训材料、操作指引、分析报告与结构化文件。
- 具备良好的数据分析能力,能使用 Excel / Google Sheets 进行绩效数据追踪与报告整理。
- 逻辑清晰,能将复杂的人力资源或绩效管理概念转化为管理层能理解、能应用的内容。
- 具备良好的沟通能力,能与不同职能部门管理者合作。
- 懂得使用 AI 工具提升工作效率,例如协助文件结构整理、绩效指标草稿生成、培训内容准备、数据整理与报告撰写。
- 处理员工绩效资料时,需具备高度保密意识与职业操守。
- 需能以华语沟通,因为此岗位需要频繁与华语管理层及团队成员沟通。
- 需具备独立性、主动性、结构化思维、责任感,并能适应远程办公模式。
We are looking for a Performance Management Specialist who can support the company in building, implementing, and continuously improving its performance management system.
This role is not only about collecting performance forms or following up on submission deadlines. The candidate should be able to design practical performance frameworks, support department managers, improve performance indicators, and turn performance data into useful management insights. We are looking for someone who can understand different department business logic, help management set clear and measurable performance indicators, and ensure the performance management system is properly implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and improve the company’s performance management framework, including goal-setting method, performance cycle, evaluation standards, scoring logic, review process, and performance templates.
- Support departments that do not yet have a complete performance system by helping them set up practical performance management structures from scratch.
- Review and optimize existing department performance practices by identifying unclear indicators, process gaps, execution issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with department managers to understand their business logic, team structure, job scope, and performance expectations.
- Assist managers in setting clear, measurable, attributable, and trackable performance indicators using suitable methods such as KPI, OKR, MBO, or other relevant approaches.
- Provide end-to-end support throughout the performance cycle, including goal setting, progress tracking, mid-cycle review, year-end evaluation, and performance review discussion.
- Design and conduct performance management training for department managers, including performance management logic, goal breakdown, KPI / OKR / MBO application, performance feedback, SBI / GROW model, and fair performance evaluation.
- Provide coaching, case discussion, and one-on-one guidance to improve managers’ performance management capability.
- Collect, organize, and analyze performance data accurately and confidentially.
- Prepare performance analysis reports to identify scoring trends, department gaps, performance issues, and improvement areas.
- Support the linkage between performance results and salary review, promotion, training planning, talent review, and employee development.
- Establish continuous improvement mechanisms to ensure performance issues are identified, followed up, reviewed, and improved.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years focused on performance management.
- Experience in building or improving a performance management system is preferred.
- Strong understanding of KPI, OKR, MBO, performance review, goal setting, scoring standards, and feedback methods.
- Able to design performance templates, training materials, guidelines, reports, and structured documents independently.
- Good analytical skills and able to use Excel / Google Sheets for performance data tracking and reporting.
- Strong logical thinking and able to simplify complex HR or performance concepts into practical materials that managers can understand and apply.
- Good communication skills and comfortable working with department managers from different functions.
- Able to use AI tools to improve work efficiency, such as assisting in document structuring, performance indicator drafting, training content preparation, data organization, and report writing.
- High confidentiality awareness and professional ethics when handling employee performance data.
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred, as this role requires frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking management and team members.
- Must be independent, proactive, structured, accountable, and comfortable working in a remote working environment.
Pay: RM8,500.00 - RM12,500.00 per month
