Responsibilities
Junior AI Sales Executive
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and resourceful Junior AI Sales Engineer to support our outbound growth efforts using AI-powered tools and workflows.
This role is ideal for someone who is already actively using AI tools in their daily life and is excited about the future of AI, automation, and business technology.
You do not need to be an AI expert from day one — training and guidance will be provided. However, you must already be comfortable using AI tools and have the initiative to learn fast, experiment independently, and execute consistently.
This role is heavily focused on:
* AI-assisted outbound outreach
* Lead generation
* Prospect research
* Follow-ups
* CRM hygiene
* Pipeline support
This is not a hard-selling or cold-calling heavy role. We are looking for someone organized, proactive, tech-curious, and relentless in execution and follow-up.
Compensation & Work Arrangement
* Base salary + performance-based commission structure
* Remote-first working environment

* Fully remote role with no mandatory office requirement
* Physical presence is only required occasionally if requested for internal sessions or specific company activities
What You’ll Be Doing
* Use AI tools to support outbound sales and business development activities
* Research prospects, companies, industries, and decision-makers
* Generate and personalize outreach messages using AI
* Support LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, and CRM updates
* Maintain clean and organized prospect pipelines
* Follow up consistently with leads and prospects
* Assist in identifying business opportunities and market insights
* Learn and experiment with new AI tools, automation workflows, and sales technologies
* Work closely with senior sales and strategy team members
Requirements
* Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must
* Must already have experience actively using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Midjourney, automation tools, or similar platforms
* Must be highly proactive and relentless in follow-ups and task ownership
* Strong willingness to learn and grow in the AI industry
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
* Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote environment
* Comfortable learning new software and workflows quickly
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Candidates without a university degree are also welcome if you can demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, learning ability, and genuine passion for AI and technology.
