Job Description

Responsibilities

Major Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative support to the sales team.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
  • Manage customer records and update sales pipelines in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, invoicing, and delivery scheduling.
  • Handle all tasks related to ePerolehan submissions, updates, registrations, and compliance.
  • Ensure all government-related procurement requirements are met accurately and timely.
  • Utilize various CRM platforms to track leads, follow-ups, contacts, and deal stages.
  • Maintain accurate, updated CRM data at all times.
  • Review, organize, and maintain sales documentation and contracts.
  • Assist in the preparation and formatting of business contracts or agreements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and assist in after-sales support.
  • Coordinate follow-ups with clients to ensure smooth sales cycles.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience as a Sales Admin, Sales Coordinator, or Administrative Executive.
  • Strong English comprehension — able to read and interpret business contracts clearly.
  • Experience with ePerolehan is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with government procurement processes in Malaysia.
  • Familiarity with ISO documentation or compliance processes.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
