Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nilai for a Senior Lecturer. The Senior Lecturer will be responsible for delivering lectures, developing course materials, conducting academic and applied research, mentoring students, and participating in curriculum development. The role may also involve administrative and committee responsibilities to support the academic and operational objectives of the university.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in academic teaching, curriculum design, and student mentorship
• Strong research skills with a track record of publications or contributions to the field
• Expertise in subject specialization, with an ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse academic environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Doctoral degree (PhD) in a relevant field
• Experience in higher education institutions in teaching or research roles is an asset
