Are you a fresh engineering graduate ready to apply your knowledge to real-world projects? Join our 9-Month Graduate Trainee Program and gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside experienced industry professionals.

Qualifications & Requirements
Fresh graduates with at least a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:

• Civil Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering

Additional requirements:

• Minimum CGPA of 2.00 and above
• Aged 27 years old and below
• Energetic, self-motivated, and a strong team player

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in managing projects and support Senior Engineers / Coordinators on assigned tasks
• Liaise and coordinate with consultants, technical agencies, and relevant authorities
• Monitor site progress and ensure quality compliance according to approved designs and specifications
• Coordinate site activities with clients, construction coordinators, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution

Program Details

• Duration: 9 months
• 1 week of Soft Skills Training
• 8 months and 3 weeks of On-the-Job Training
