Production Admin
a) Roles
· Provides administrative and operational support to the Industrial Engineering (IE) team by maintaining records, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth workflow within the department. Supports project documentation, data management, and cross-functional coordination to facilitate efficient implementation of process improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with company procedures and ISO standards.
b) Responsibilities
· Maintain and organize IE departmental records, including project documentation, process improvement records and ensuring proper filing and version control.
· Collect, compile, and update data on process improvements, production efficiency, generate regular reports for the IE team and Management.
· Support communication and coordination between IE and other departments, schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
· Assist in organizing training sessions, Kaizen events, and other IE activities.
· Update Work Instructions, SOPs, and project documentation, and provide required records for audits in compliance with ISO 9001.
· Support implementation of improvement initiatives and suggest administrative process enhancements to increase departmental efficiency.

d) Education & Experience
Education
· Minimum secondary school (SPM or equivalent); diploma in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field is preferred.
Experience
· 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, production coordination, or industrial engineering support.
· Experience in maintaining records, preparing reports, and version control of documentation.
· Proficiency in MS Office / data management tools, or ERP systems.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
