JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORIZATION LEVEL

A) **Shipment / Exportation **

• Responsible to coordinate with respective store or warehouse personnel for shipment cut off, forwarder booking; and to ensure goods are collected and shipped on time.

• Responsible to transact all relevant SRF in SAP upon confirmation of shipment.

• Publish relevant shipping info. to customer upon shipment is made.

• Follow up with respective forwarders on the return of K2 form upon shipment.

• Consolidate and submit all relevant sales or shipment transaction for LMW monthly Custom report.

• Verify relevant forwarder invoices to ensure no dispute on the billing.

• To assist warehouse to reconcile in case of any inventory variance which related to shipment.

• Ensure all relevant Custom Form and shipping document are properly filed and kept per specific period (minimum 7 years) to facilitate audit.

B) **Inbound / Importation

• To coordinate with respective forwarders or services provider ie Tiong Nam, Schenker etc… for daily inbound activities and ensure relevant inbound cargoes are brought in on time.

• Compile weekly and monthly summary reports.

• Coordinate with respective forwarders or 3PL on daily material movement activity and ensure 3PL inventory accuracy.

• To ensure AST/ GST report are complete and published promptly.

• To ensure monthly LMW raw material report are completed and submit promptly.

• Customs permit application.

• Check and verify forwarder invoice.

• Ensure all relevant document filed and kept.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
