F&B ASSISTANT (COFFEE HOUSE)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To ensure that SOP is understood, followed and carried out diligently.
• To maintain highest level of grooming by the hotel management.
• To receive guest feedback and maintain good rapport with guests.
• To maintain all mis en plus are prepared in order, to ensure smooth service during operation hours.
• To check and ensure all equipments/ linens places are in working order, presentable and clean.
• To have attitude of helpfulless, friendliness and cheerfulness.
• To adhere strictly to hotel rules and regulations.
• To carry out station allocation plan and liase with captains ensuring guest reservations are prepared.
• To maintain and ensure buffet line is clean at all times.
• To adhere strictly to set standard of service set by the hotel management.
• Able to work long hours period (able to have flexible working hours).
• Know the F&B products and F&B menu, as well as service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Food Handling (Preferred)
