Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

PAYROLL

  • Manage full-cycle payroll processing including salary calculation, allowances, deductions, and advance payments.
  • Add and update employee records in Excel payroll system (new hires, confirmation, salary changes).
  • Prepare net pay for bank processing and generate payroll PDF and text files.
  • Register new employees with PERKESO (SOCSO) and EIS and ensure statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Monitor and follow up on staff attendance, rest days, shift changes, and leave approvals.
  • Prepare yearly EA Forms and maintain accurate payroll transaction records.
  • Handle SOCSO claims and Borang 34 documentation.
  • Maintain proper filing of salary letters, payslips, and employee personal records.

Requirements:

  • Possess minimum Diploma / Degree in Administrative / Human Resource or any related field;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage;
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month

  • Segamat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
