Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical systems such as pumps, motors, HVAC systems, and conveyors. Install and commission new mechanical equipment according to technical drawings and specifications. Inspect, diagnose, and replace defective mechanical components to ensure system reliability. Calibrate, test, and fine-tune machines to maintain optimal performance and safety standards. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals to support maintenance and installation activities. Maintain detailed records of work completed, performance data, and maintenance logs. Operate mechanical tools and machines (e.g., lathe, milling, welding tools) to fabricate or adjust parts when required. Ensure all work complies with safety procedures, technical standards, and company policies. Support team operations during breakdowns, shutdowns, and facility upgrades. Willing to work shifts, weekends, or on-call as needed to support facility operations.
