Incharge of Store

• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate, up-to-date computerized inventory records, and conduct regular physical stock counts.
• Receiving & Inspection: Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming deliveries. Verify that the items received match the purchase orders and delivery notes, checking for damage or discrepancies.
• Storage & Organization: Arrange, label, and store goods properly within the storeroom. Implement stock rotation techniques such as FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) to prevent spoilage.
• Stock Issuance: Issue and dispatch materials, tools, or products to staff or departments as requested, while recording all transactions.
