Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital advertising within an agency or related environment. 
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms. 
  • Experience in campaign budgeting, media planning, audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies. 
  • Familiarity with tracking implementation, conversion APIs, attribution models, and digital analytics tools. 
  • Experience preparing client-facing reports and presenting campaign insights confidently. 
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple client accounts and deadlines. 
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset with strong organizational skills. 
  • Experience mentoring junior team members or leading smaller campaign projects is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

As a Performance Marketing Senior Executive, you will be responsible for managing, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive measurable business results for clients. You will serve as the key operational lead for assigned accounts, ensuring campaigns are strategically executed, performance targets are achieved, and client expectations are consistently met.

This role requires a strong understanding of paid media strategies, campaign analytics, audience targeting, and platform best practices. You will also collaborate closely with creative, content, and account servicing teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions while mentoring junior executives within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. 
  • Develop media strategies and campaign structures aligned with client objectives, target audiences, and budget allocations. 
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and independently implement optimization strategies to improve KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CPC, CTR, conversions, and engagement rates. 
  • Conduct audience analysis, keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and scalability. 
  • Ensure accurate implementation of tracking systems, conversion events, pixels, UTM tagging, and attribution models across campaigns. 
  • Prepare detailed performance reports, dashboards, and post-campaign analyses with actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communications regarding campaign performance, updates, timelines, and tactical recommendations. 
  • Collaborate closely with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging aligned with campaign objectives. 
  • Identify opportunities for campaign growth, upselling, and continuous performance improvement across client accounts. 
  • Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging performance marketing tools to ensure best practices are consistently applied. 
  • Support the Performance Marketing Manager in campaign planning, strategy discussions, forecasting, and internal process improvements. 
  • Mentor and guide junior executives by sharing best practices, reviewing work quality, and supporting their professional development.
