Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR department in the hiring process.
  • Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies, banner for recruitment and job online advertisement.
  • Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
  • Issuing letter of offer/employment to the selected candidate.
  • Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee.
  • Attending/understanding employee’s grievances in their work engagement level and implement corrective measures for them.
  • Conducting exit interviews to identify reasons for employee’s termination.
  • Assist in employee compensation.
  • Support employee welfare and communication activities.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports and handle statutory.
  • Adjust employee benefits and incentive programs.
  • Identify and provide counseling for employees in distress.
  • Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents.
  • Planning of company events or activities on occasions by management approval.
  • Organizing training sessions or trainings for employees ensuring they are fully equipped to be able to perform their duties.
  • To prepare training yearly need identification, training analysis and training plan.
  • To plan and coordinate training courses for all level of employees. Shall arrange the training to be conducted in ensuring personnel performing activities related to conformity to customer product requirements are competence for the assignment.
  • To check all external and internal training are conducted as per the procedure.
  • Keeping and updating all the training records as stipulated in the relevant procedure.
  • HRDF training grant application via online.
  • Preparing and updating Job Description and Organisation Chart and keeping master copy.
  • To oversee worker’s disciplinary problem and take necessary disciplinary action.
  • Develop and implementing the relevant procedure in the company.
  • Foreign workers and expatriates permit application.
  • Handling management of foreign worker related matter and hostel management.
  • To assist in SOCSO claims for the victims of both occupational and motor vehicle accidents.
  • Responsible for all level benefits administration.
  • Payroll processing including calculation of salary and OT.
  • Calculation and provide monthly EPF, SOCSO, HRDF and Income Tax payment for Supervisory level and below to AP.
  • Prepare EA form.
  • Ensure fully confidentiality of payroll system and staff’s information.
  • Prepare monthly transportation charges.
  • Internship students’ application review and allocation to related department.
  • Prepare internship student monthly allowance.
  • Preparing monthly human resource report.
  • Overseeing and support Admin department.
  • Preparing and support budget exercise
  • Preparing and support merit increment and bonus exercise
  • Responsibility in misconduct, connect with whistleblower and ensure top protection of identity of whistleblower.
  • Overseeing company’s recreational activities.
  • To attend meeting/to liaise with government bodies pertaining human resource matter.
  • To prepare any ad-hoc report as and when needed by the management.
  • To perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or matrix supervisor, in alignment with the department's objectives and company goals.
  • To conduct Internal Quality Audit as and when necessary.
  • To perform other job function deem necessary by management.
  • Ensure that all personnel performing production and inspection in the production are properly trained, have the relevant skill and experience, and aware of EHS hazards and addressing actions.
  • Adherence to the ISO 13485:2016 requirements is effectively carried out.
  • Ensure that the implementation of the ISO14001 & ISO45001 requirements are effectively carried out.
  • To promote and develop a high level of Health, Safety & Environmental awareness and commitment.
  • Ensure the EHS requirements of the workplace are met.
  • Adhere to safety and health rules and safe systems of work
  • Wearing Personal Protection Equipment.


Education and/or Experience Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of HR work experience for Executive application.
  • Highly motivated with a passion for performance-oriented work processes.
  • Excellent organizational skill, attention to details and is tenacious with follow-ups.
  • To focus on enhancing the value of human capital through development and HR initiatives.
  • Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills.
  • Positive & pro-active attitude towards work.

  • Speak clearly so listeners can understand.
  • Negotiation abilities in dealing with new recruits and payroll.
