Dispatcher - Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and efficient use of resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and schedule transportation routes and deliveries.
• Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff for timely dispatch.
• Maintain communication with drivers to monitor delivery status.
• Handle documentation and records related to dispatch operations.
• Resolve any issues or delays during transportation.

Work Location: Balakong, Selangor

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in dispatching or logistics is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
• Basic computer skills for managing dispatch records.
