Role Responsibilities

· Set-up and operate CNC machine to produce precision parts

· Verify conformance of finished work piece to specification using precision instruments (Vernier, Micrometer)

· Responsible for operational activities relating to punching machines

· Liaise with Warehouse and Production to ensure smooth flow of material and component supply

· Improve and sustain housekeeping

· Support in training as and when required

· Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

Role Requirement

· Minimum 3 years direct working experience operating CNC Turret Punch Machine and in Metal Fabrication Industry.

· Possess knowledge and understanding of engineering specified tolerances

· Able to read and understand Mechanical Engineering Drawings (blueprints)

· Strong understanding of machine set-up, able to effectively change machinery for multiple set-ups with the various products lines and material requirements

· Knowledge of health and safety procedures

· Physically fit to perform all required duties

· Independent self-starter

· Team player, able to work with all levels

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Demonstrate ability to work on assigned welding works and its processes/activities, ensuring minimum errors and quality work in accordance to production deadlines

· Maintain safe workplace practices, adhering to the Company’s Health & Safety procedures at all times

Pay: Up to RM2,800.97 per month
