What You’ll Be Doing
- Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for production machines and facility electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues involving PLCs, inverters, motors, sensors, relays, and control panels.
- Support machine installation, testing, commissioning, and upgrading activities.
- Monitor and maintain electrical systems such as transformers, substations, switchboards, and power distribution systems.
- Work closely with production teams to minimize machine downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with plant safety standards and LOTO procedures.
- Prepare maintenance reports, inspection records, and technical documentation.
- Support continuous improvement and energy-saving initiatives within the plant.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
- Candidates with strong knowledge in PLC and Drive Systems are highly encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in manufacturing or industrial electrical maintenance is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially those with:
- CGPA of 3.0 and above
- Internship/OJT experience in steel manufacturing or heavy industries
- Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong commitment to safety.
Added Advantages
- Experience in industrial automation systems and heavy machinery maintenance.
- Knowledge in substations, transformers, switchgears, and LV systems.
- Chargeman AO/A1/A4 certification will be an added advantage.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
