QUALIFICATIONS
FOREIGN WORKERS ADMINISTRATOR
(KDN / IMMIGRATION/ FOMEMA & INSURANCE)
2.1 Coordinating and administer recruitment process including foreign worker related
matters and provide administrative support to the Human Resource Department.
2.2 Responsible to coordinating the foreign worker application quota by liaising with the
agency to ensure smoothly process and accordingly to the government rules and
regulations.
2.3 Responsible to handle renewal and Check out Memo (COM) application of foreign
workers such as Fomema, immigration, KDN, Nepal Embassy etc. by providing the
information required to ensure smoothly process.
2.4 Responsible to update employee database in HRM and to Operation team / Branches all
changes/movement of foreign employee data (such as promotion, re-designation,
transfer, increment, and other related matters).
2.5 Responsible for preparing and maintaining any letters pertaining to the foreign worker
related matters and movement exercises to ensure the standard.
2.6 Responsible to entertain any government request such as labour department,
immigration, KDN, Fomema, Nepal Embassy etc. by providing the information required
to ensure smoothly process.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
