Main Job Responsibilities

• To perform AP activities and pay within stipulated timeline.
• Reconcile supplier statements, resolve discrepancies, maintain vendor records and proper documentation.
• To ensures that all contractual payments are in agreement in compliance with the Accounting policies, procedures and requirements of the Company/Group.
• Assist with month‑end closing and audit requirements.
• To assist in preparing monthly report such as Expenses analysis for closing purpose.
• Responsible for monthly closing and entry corrections, if needed.
• Participate in physical count checks.
• To carry out any other duties as directed by the Company Management.

Managerial (Team/Group Responsibilities):

• Maintain organized and well-documented financial records.
• Provide support for basic financial analysis and reporting.
• Assist in identifying trends and patterns in financial data.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Organisational (Organisational Responsibilities):

• Report to the Finance Manager.
• 5S – Adherence and participation in 5S activities.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Have 2 to 3 years of working experience in accounts payable or a related field, preferably in the cement or construction materials industry.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.

Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
