Education Consultant

Mastereign Group

Are you a confident communicator who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and turning ideas into meaningful learning experiences?

Mastereign is looking for an Education Consultant to join our growing team. This is a client-facing business development role where you will work with schools, government agencies, corporates, and partners to recommend education, enrichment, training, and learning journey programmes.

This role is suitable for individuals who are looking to build a long-term career in education consultancy, account management, business development, and learning solutions.

At Mastereign, your work is not just about selling programmes. You will help clients identify learning needs, match them with suitable solutions, and work with internal teams to bring impactful programmes to life.

Why Join Mastereign?

  • Build a meaningful career in education and training - You will be part of a company that creates learning experiences for students, educators, working adults, organisations, and international groups.
  • Gain real business development exposure - You will learn how to manage client accounts, prepare proposals, conduct presentations, follow up on opportunities, and grow business relationships.
  • Work with different types of clients - You will engage schools, ministries, statutory boards, corporate clients, HR teams, overseas partners, and other decision-makers.
  • Be part of a growing education group - Mastereign is expanding beyond school enrichment into areas such as corporate learning, sustainability education, STEM, AI, learning journeys, international programmes, and lifelong learning.
  • Grow with clear career pathways - High-performing Education Consultants may progress into areas such as zone management, key account management, brand leadership, business development, or regional growth roles.

What You Will Do

Client Engagement & Business Development

You will:

  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, teachers, HODs, HR managers, government agencies, corporates, and partners.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable education, enrichment, training, or learning journey programmes.
  • Arrange meetings, conduct presentations, and follow up with clients.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and programme recommendations with support from internal teams.
  • Develop new business opportunities while managing existing client accounts.
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and client activities using the company’s CRM system.
  • Keep updated on market trends, school needs, training demands, and competitor activities.

Programme & Project Coordination

You will also:

  • Work closely with programme, innovation, operations, and trainer management teams.
  • Coordinate programme requirements between clients and internal departments.
  • Support the planning and delivery of training programmes, workshops, learning journeys, and events.
  • Attend selected programmes or client events to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Gather feedback after programmes and support service improvements.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking to clients.
  • Interested in education, training, learning, or youth development.
  • Able to build strong relationships and follow up professionally.
  • Organised, responsible, and able to manage multiple client accounts.
  • Comfortable with sales targets and business development responsibilities.
  • Able to write simple proposals, emails, and client updates clearly.
  • Willing to learn, take initiative, and grow with the company.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.

Prior sales, account servicing, education, training, events, or customer-facing experience will be helpful, but attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn are equally important.

What to Expect

This is a people-facing role. You should be comfortable meeting clients, travelling for appointments, attending events, and occasionally supporting programmes outside standard office hours when required.

You will be expected to represent the company professionally in your communication, dressing, follow-up, and client management.

Work Eligibility Requirement

This role is based in Singapore and is open only to candidates who already have the legal right to work in Singapore.

We are unable to provide visa or employment pass sponsorship for this position.

As you grow in the role, you may have opportunities to take on larger accounts, manage client zones, lead programme brands, develop new markets, support overseas partnerships, or move into broader business development roles within the group.

Join us if you want to build a career where business growth and meaningful education work come together.
