Job Details

Position: PA cum Admin
Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: 15A, Laluan Meru Indah G1, Gerbang Meru Indah, 30020 Ipoh, Perak

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and professional PA cum Admin to provide both personal assistance and administrative support to management while ensuring smooth daily operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing documents, coordinating programs and events, and handling communication with clients and external parties. You will also assist in training and seminar coordination to ensure all activities run efficiently.

This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities

1) Manage employer’s daily schedule, appointments, and work commitments to ensure efficient time management
2) Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, correspondence, and administrative files
3) Assist in company communications, report preparation, and meeting minute recording
4) Provide personal and administrative support to the employer for daily operational matters
5) Coordinate training classes, seminars, and company programs related to sales and marketing
6) Handle participant registration, attendance tracking, and program data management
7) Organize schedules, venues, and logistics to ensure programs and events run smoothly
8) Communicate professionally with clients, participants, and external parties while maintaining the company’s image
9) Support daily office administration and operational coordination
10) Ensure all records and documentation are properly maintained and updated

Requirements

1) Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field
2) Experience as Personal Assistant, Admin Executive, or related role is an advantage
3) Able to multitask and handle confidential information professionally
4) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
