NCC Mutiara Hiring! Full Time Accountant - HR Executive in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and monthly closing.

Perform monthly bank reconciliations and financial analysis for accurate reporting.

Prepare and submit monthly management reports within deadlines.

Maintain and update aging reports, follow up on outstanding balances.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations: data entry, invoice processing, document filing.

Liaise with external auditors & tax agents for audit and tax matters, including year-end closing.

Handle payroll processing, salary calculation, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).

Manage HR tasks: staff attendance, leave records, employment letters/contracts, and claims.

Assist in recruitment (job postings, shortlisting, interview scheduling).

Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws & statutory requirements.

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior/management.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
