• Manage full-cycle recruitment for permanent, contract, and internship positions across Malaysia.
• Prepare internal and external job advertisements, job postings, job descriptions/specifications, and recruitment materials.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking, and collaborations with agencies/headhunters.
• Coordinate interview arrangements with hiring managers and ensure an efficient and fair selection process.
• Manage the offer process, including salary proposal coordination and offer letter preparation.
• Ensure pre-onboarding readiness for new hires, including laptop arrangement, email setup, and system access.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and introductory training to support smooth integration of new employees.
• Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other hiring-related activities.
• Stay updated on innovative recruitment strategies, hiring trends, and market developments.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
