Job Description

Responsibilities

Post Basic Renal Nurse

  • Providing direct nursing care to dialysis patients, monitoring, administering medications, managing treatment plans.
  • Assisting in setup and operation of dialysis machine, ensuring equipment is properly maintained and functioning closely monitoring patient conditions during dialysis sessions and responding promptly to any changes or complications.
  • Documentatiing patient care activities and maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Educate patient.
  • Adhering to all relevant policies procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safeand sterile environment.
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care and implement care plans.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
