Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute UGC campaigns
• Publish 4 to 5 posts per month that align with current trends or topics, aiming to improve engagement across various social platforms, including Google Reviews, Facebook Reviews, XHS content, and the Senheng app's My Review platform.
• Create engaging monthly content and trend-based posts
• Analyze customer reviews and content performance
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams
• Propose engagement activities to strengthen brand visibility

Requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing, social media, or UGC-related roles
• Strong communication and content planning skills
• Familiar with review platforms and social media trends
• Creative, organized, and data-driven mindset

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per hour
