We are seeking a Boiler Operations Supervisor required for our Engineering Division.
Job Summary
Responsible for the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of boiler and hot water systems in the hotel
Ensure continuous supply of steam and hot water for guest rooms, laundry, kitchen, and spa
Carry out routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
Support engineering operations to minimize downtime and ensure service reliability
Monitor water treatment and maintain system efficiency
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and boiler regulations
Job Requirements
Possess a valid Boilerman Certificate (DOSH Grade 1 / 2 / 3 or equivalent)
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience (hotel experience preferred)
Strong sense of responsibility with good safety awareness
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required
Basic troubleshooting and mechanical skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
