Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and committed Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Director in both professional and personal capacities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential matters, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative and personal support to the Director to ensure smooth daily operations and effective time management.
- Manage the Director’s calendar, schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including meeting arrangements, preparation of agendas, and follow-up actions.
- Arrange and coordinate travel plans, including flights bookings, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments and related duties as assigned by the Director from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, Communications, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Highly organized with excellent time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Independent, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel when required and work flexible hours if necessary.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
