Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Operations

  • Oversee daily operations of all online sales channels including Website, Shopee and TikTok.
  • Ensure smooth order fulfilment processes including stock coordination, picking, packing, shipping, and return management.
  • Monitor platform performance, sales targets, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve online sales and conversion rates.
  • Ensure product listings, pricing, stock availability, and online visuals are updated and maintained accurately.

Sales Strategy & Business Growth

  • Plan and execute e-commerce sales strategies to achieve company targets and business growth.
  • Monitor KPIs such as sales revenue, conversion rate, average order value, traffic, and customer retention.
  • Propose action plans to improve platform performance and maximise profitability.

Campaign & Digital Merchandising

  • Coordinate online campaigns, promotions, launches, festive sales, and marketplace activities.
  • Work closely with Marketing teams to ensure strong brand presentation across all platforms.
  • Ensure online storefronts, banners, and product merchandising are visually attractive and aligned with brand identity.

Website & Technical Management

  • Oversee website maintenance, functionality, and user experience.
  • Coordinate with developers or external agencies for website improvements, troubleshooting, and technical updates.
  • Ensure website performance, mobile responsiveness, and checkout processes are functioning efficiently.
  • Monitor and improve SEO, online visibility, and website traffic performance.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, campaigns, stock movement, and operational insights.
  • Analyse product performance and customer trends to support inventory and merchandising decisions.
  • Monitor marketplace analytics and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital retail, preferably in fashion retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify, website management, Shopee and TikTok.
  • Experience in managing online campaigns, sales analysis, and marketplace operations.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales and performance data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge in SEO, digital marketing, Meta Ads, or Google Analytics is an advantage.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
