Work Arrangement: Work From Home
Training Location: Mercu 2, Kuala Lumpur (2 weeks physical training required)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 6:30pm
Contract Duration: 3 months (renewable)

Job Scope:

• Creator & Affiliate Outreach: Contact content creators or affiliates via social media, email, or phone to introduce marketing collaborations and maintain communication records.
• Campaign Monitoring: Track campaign activities to ensure content is posted according to guidelines and timelines. Maintain records and capture proof of posting when required.
• Campaign Coordination: Assist with coordination of promotional activities, including product sampling or marketing initiatives with creators.Support operational tasks such as setting up commission structures, managing promotional vouchers, and maintaining internal tracking systems.Update trackers, maintain campaign records, and support the marketing operations team with reporting and coordination tasks.
• Program Operations: Support operational tasks such as setting up commission structures, managing promotional vouchers, and maintaining internal tracking systems.

Requirements:

• Good organisational and attention-to-detail skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Familiar with Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet tools
• Experience in marketing, affiliate programs, influencer management, or e-commerce operations is an advantage

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: RM1,700
• Attendance Incentive: RM300
• Annual Leave: Pro-rated (1 day per month based on contract duration)
