Responsibilities
Admin Clerk (Protege)
Contract/Temp
RM 2,000 per month
Job Description :
· 1. Perform general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
· 2. Prepares basic correspondence, forms, and reports as instructed
· 3. Assist documentation for record machine service logs, breakdown reports, and maintenance.
· 4. Assist in managing office supplies and stationery inventory.
· 5. Coordinate office building maintenance matters (eg: pest control, cleaning, repair & etc) with related contractors.
· 6. Assist in preparing purchase requisitions and delivery documentation
· 7. Handle incoming calls and email enquiries politely and professionally.
· 8. Any other ad-hoc task that assigned by superior from time to time.
Job requirement:
· 1. Degree in Business Administration or related field.
· 2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
· 3. Administrative experience (experience in retail, service, or operations-based industry is an advantage)
· 4. Basic proficiency on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), SQL and/or other accounting software.
· 5. Able to communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers
· 6. Able to follow instructions and work under supervision.
· 7. Detailed oriented and willing to learn.
