QUALIFICATIONS

  • Expertise in Food Technology, Food Science, and Food Safety principles
  • Experience in course development, curriculum planning, and preparation of teaching resources
  • Skills in research, experimentation, and analyzing trends in food technology
  • Proficiency in engaging and mentoring students to foster academic and practical growth
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
  • Degree in Bachelor of Hospitality Management
  • Previous teaching or training experience in an academic or vocational setting is an advantage
