We are currently hiring for a Solar PV QAQC Inspector on behalf of our client for a large-scale solar project in Malaysia. This role will support site construction and quality activities.

Position: Solar PV QAQC Inspector

Location: Perak

Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical & electrical construction by EPC contractor
• Monitor construction progress, timeline, and quality compliance
• Review materials and drawings to ensure compliance with specifications
• Manage QA/QC documentation (tests, inspections, NCRs, reports)
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and witness testing during commissioning
• Track project schedule and propose solutions for delays/issues
• Prepare progress and QAQC reports
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and external stakeholders
• Ensure health & safety compliance on site
• Identify risks and manage construction issues
• Prepare punch lists

Key Requirements

• Experience in large-scale solar PV EPCC
• Knowledge of PV systems (tracker, fixed structure, QAQC)
• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Able to interpret construction drawings
• Willing to be based in Perak
• Good communication (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
• Familiar with MS Office / SharePoint
• CIDB Green Card (NTSP/NTSPL preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
