Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer located in HQ, Seri Kembangan. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, providing reliable solutions, and ensuring equipment operates effectively. Additional responsibilities include assisting customers with installations, offering guidance on product usage, and maintaining accurate documentation of support cases.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support, with experience in identifying, analyzing, and solving technical issues
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose system and product concerns
• Exceptional Customer Support and Customer Service skills to effectively communicate with and assist clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Educational background in Electrical & Electronic, Software Engineering & Mechatronic or any Engineering field
• Experience in providing technical support within the environmental sciences or instrumentation industry is an added advantage
• Willing to travel nationwide & overseas and possess own car of transport.
