Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Representative, located in Seri Kembangan. The role involves generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and identifying business opportunities. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients and close sales opportunities. Regular communication with stakeholders and the ability to analyze market trends are integral to this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and pursue client opportunities
• Strong Sales and Business Development skills to grow accounts and meet revenue goals
• Excellent Communication skills, including both verbal and written, to foster relationships and negotiate effectively
• Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve objectives
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability to fast-paced environments
• Sales experience in the events or retail industries is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
