BSL Oilfield Services Hiring! Full Time Bintulu Operations Supervisor in Sarawak - Ricebowl

Job Purpose: 

This position is responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in all operational matters specifically management of the above-mentioned branch on day-to-day activities. 

Job Descriptions:

1) Supervise everyday operations activities and increase efficiency of delivering products and 

services. 

2) Maintain and provide efficient backup to Area Operations Manager and Operations Executive by 

ensuring achievement of operations KPI among all operations personnel. 

3) Facilitate and provide guidance to operations/yard personnel and train them on various skills set 

of handling and maintenance of CCU. 

4) Supervise effective compilation of all CCU records and data to enhance better operations 

control. 

5) Allocate resources to carry out loading and unloading plan including arrangement of transport, 

heavy equipment for lifting and rigging works. 

6) Facilitate internal and external communication between Operations team and end clients and 

deploy staff to match operational demands from clients. 

7) Coordinate with Sales and Operations Team on any loadout or backload plan to ensure smooth 

operations. 

8) Oversee CCU handling operations and perform daily planning on resource allocation; 

consumables, spare parts, and storage facilities. 

9) Propose workflow improvements to improve efficiency of CCU and products delivery. 

10) Supervise all lifting and hoisting activities of the CCU and ensure full compliance to the Health, 

Safety and Environment Policy, Procedure and Guidelines set by the relevant authorities. 

11) Manage day-to-day yard activities and programs in compliance with Company’s policy and 

regulations set by authorities. 

12) You will be based in Bintulu and will travel when necessary.
