Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions across multiple entities and currencies
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management activities
- Prepare and post journal entries, with a clear understanding of underlying business transactions
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations across entities and regions
- Support month-end close processes, contributing to improved accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain well-organized, audit-ready financial documentation
- Review and validate financial data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or operations role within a corporate or fast-paced environment
- Experience working in multi-entity, multi-cost centre, and/or multi-currency settings
- Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, Sage; NetSuite is a plus)
- Attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A collaborative and positive attitude, with willingness to learn and contribute within a global team
