Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with team members to developed Portal
- Update Portal Daily
- Make a design and multimedia slide if necessary
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of troubleshooting records
- Assist with technical client inquiries and engage in project solutions delivery
- Implement and test solutions based on customer requirements.
- Update project status to the Solution Delivery team regularly
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology or fresh graduates (Priority)
- Experience or familiar with CMS Joomla or WordPress
- Experience in Make a design and multimedia video / slide
- Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or other designer and multimedia software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies or relevant skills.
- Willingness to work late hours to meet customer deadlines.
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement, able to work independently with good interpersonal skills.
