Key Responsibilities
Title: Admin
Reports to : Key Account Manager
1. Sales Support & Order Processing
- Process incoming customer orders and ensure timely issuance of quotations, invoices, and delivery orders.
- Coordinate with the warehouse or production team to verify stock availability before confirming orders.
- Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate contact and purchase history.
- Assist the Sales Team in preparing sales reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
2. General Administration
- Manage digital and physical filing systems for all sales-related contracts and documents.
- Handle internal/external communications (emails and calls) professionally.
- Support Management with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: < 1 year (Fresh grads welcome); 1–2 years of experience is an advantage.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage to facilitate communication with various stakeholders.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, good communication, and basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Nationality: Malaysians only.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
