Beauty Expert Promoter

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products to customers.
• Provide product knowledge, skincare advice, and beauty recommendations based on customer needs.
• Demonstrate products and explain benefits, ingredients, and usage.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and stock replenishment.
• Assist customers with inquiries and build good customer relationships.
• Monitor inventory and report low stock levels.
• Participate in in-store promotions, roadshows, and marketing activities.
• Stay updated on new beauty trends and product launches.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, or skincare sales is an advantage.
• Friendly, confident, and customer-service oriented.
• Good communication and selling skills.
• Able to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Passion for beauty and skincare.
