Job Title: Sales Executive

Department: Sales Department

Reports to: Sales Manager

Job description:

• Identify and approach potential customers to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct sales presentations, prepare quotations, and close sales deals.
• Handle sales documentation and provide after-sales service to customers.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Resolve customer issues related to products, pricing, or delivery together with management.
• Monitor customer stock levels and arrange replenishment orders when needed.
• Collect customer feedback and coordinate with the operations team for improvements.
• Assist in marketing activities such as promotions, exhibitions, and social media campaigns.
• Support the department in achieving company business goals and sales growth.

Requirement:

• Possess at least SPM
• Possess at least 1 to 2 years of experience in offline
• Mandarin Speaker is an advantage
• Sales experience in food products is an advantage
• Working days and hours (Mon - Fri, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm)
• Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor

Compensation & Benefit:

• Basic salary + Sales commission: RM 2,500 - RM 4,000/month (negotiable)
• Sales commission

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
